Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS - Deposits are due immediately at time of booking. They are non refundable, non transferable and are deducted from the total service amount. 

 

RESCHEDULING - Once booked, appointments are final. Appointments cannot be changed or rescheduled. If you would like to book a different day, time or different service you must book a separate appointment. 

 

CANCELLATIONS - If you need to cancel you may do so using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge. Same day cancellations and No Shows will be charged the full amount. No Shows will be blocked from booking again.

 

LATE POLICY - There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled, in which case you will forfeit your deposit and be charged full service price. In a rare case that I am able to still fit you in after 10 mins a late fee of $30 will be applied.

 

SEW IN EXTENSIONS - I ONLY INSTALL MY LINE OF EXTENSIONS. Please bring in previously used  clean, dry, detangled & free of thread and product. If you take down your own seamless install please place your tracks in the order they were installed. Bringing in used extensions that do not meet above requirements will result in a "shampoo my extensions" service being added.

 

NO EXTRA GUEST UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED.

 

If there are gaps in my calendar I may move your appointment time by 30mins - 1 hr.
