How long is processing / shipping?
Processing and shipping is done Monday - Friday excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will process the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed / fulfilled. First Class Mail shipping is 3-5 business days and Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 business days. Total time from ordering to recieving package is 5-7 business days. Processing and shipping times may be delayed during sales and major holidays. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Can I track my package?
Yes! A Tracking number will be sent via email (or you can opt for text updates) once processing has been completed. All packages are shipped via USPS. Packages that include hair will require a signature upon delivery.

Can I modify my order?
Adorn Me Studio is committed to providing great customer service. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request that is made prior to the order shipping. Please send all order requests to support@adornmestudio.com. Once the order has shipped no accommodations can be made.
Exchanges / Refunds on hair
Refunds must be initiated within the first 3 days of receiving your package. The hair must be in its original packaging, bundle wrap unopened, uncombed, unwashed, unaltered in anyway. Please use the "contact us" form to inquire about exchanging and include your order number and reason for exchange.
Shipping and return cost are your responsibility. For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. After receiving the hair an inspection will be made to confirm that the hair is in its original form.

Wig orders?
ALL WIG SALES ARE FINAL SALE. No refunds. No exchanges. READY TO SHIP orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. PROVIDE YOUR OWN BUNDLES orders will be fulfilled 7-14 business days from the time your package has been delivered. CUSTOM WIG orders will be fulfilled 14-21 business days after date of wig form completion. (PLEASE COMPLETE A WIG FORM AFTER PURCHASE TO COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION) The link can be found in the site menu.
After orders are fulfilled tracking will be sent via email. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days with USPS.
You are responsible for mailing in your hair for "provide your own bundles" service. For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost packages. After service is paid for please send hair to 8124 Madison Avenue, Fair Oaks, ca 95628. Make sure your name and address on package matches your checkout information.
