Are your wigs beginner friendly? 

Yes! All of our wigs come customized (bleached and plucked), styled and ready to wear. Closure wigs are great for beginners because you don't have to worry about the lace lifting and you can still get a frontal effect. 

 

Which collection are the custom wigs made with?

Our custom made wigs are made with the Queen Collection. Our factory made wigs are made with the Princess Collection.

 

 Can I request a custom colored wig?

We do not take custom color orders. However, there are pre-designed custom colored wigs available to purchase. 

 

How long will my wig last?

Our custom made units are machine sewn and will last 1-2 years.

 

Can the wigs be bleached or colored?

Yes. Our wigs are made using 100% virgin hair and can be colored as desired. 

 

If I'm local, can I pick up my order?

Yes, please select the pick-up option at checkout.

Can you cut the excess lace for me?

Custom wigs come with option to have the excess lace removed. Factory made wigs do not have that option available.

 

Can I rush my order?

Unfortunately. we do not offer rush orders. If you have a special occasion, please order ahead of time.

 

Do I have to use glue with my wig?

No. In fact, all of our units can be worn glue-less! Our custom made wigs will hav a snug fit and come with an elastic band and nape comb for security. For added security add on a wig grip to your order.

 

How do I care for my wig?

We recommend shampoo and conditioning with Joico Moisture Repair and letting your wig air dry. Always use a heat protectant before applying heat. For styling deepwave or curly textures we recommend only coming while wet using a Denman brush and Nairobi foam lotion.

 

When will I receive my wig?

All of our wigs have a processing time (the time it takes to confirm your payment, create wig and fulfill your order). Ready To Ship Wigs have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Factory Made Wigs have a processing time of 7-14 business days. Custom Wigs have a processing time of 14-21 business days. After Processing your wig will be shipped via usps. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

 

Can you install my wig?

Yes. You can book a glue-less install with our lead stylist Jasminique once salon services resume. Only wigs provided by us will be Installed.
